DIPESH D SHARMA

Dipesh Sharma is a former IT professional with experience in Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics who has transitioned to the food and beverage industry. He has held global leadership positions at top Fortune 500 companies and has a background in IT Leadership and Manangement.

In 2006/7, he designed and built his first restaurant while building Ford's IT Captive Centre in Chennai. After a brief return to the US, Dipesh returned to India in 2012 and became a full-time entrepreneur, opening Bikaner's first Pizzeria. He later started a pizza delivery business in Mumbai with 3 outlets. 

Prior to working co-founding The Enthubakers and working with Epicurean, Dipesh spend 5 years as a business consultant helping individuals launch over 30 F&B businesses, providing support from ideation to launch.

Dipesh leads the Bakery business (The Enthubakers) and oversees marketing for Epicurean and all its brands. He is also the in-house photographer and content creator.
