Himanshu has been part of the Epicurean team since 2003 and has played a crucial role in the company's growth by organizing catering operations for exhibitions and projects across India. 

He has extensive F&B experience, including work in various cuisines and settings such as restaurants, banquets, bars, and coffee shops. He also worked in Moscow from 1989 to 1993 for a joint venture restaurant. 

With experience in high-level government events such as State Banquets, Non Aligned Meet, and Asian Games, Himanshu is a valuable asset to Epicurean.
