An alumni of IHM Pusa ,New Delhi he started his career with ITC Hotels with their prestigious KET program. 19 years with Hyatt Hotels—the last 14 as Executive chef in top Hyatt brands Hyatt Regency Kathmandu/Hyatt Regency Kolkata/Hyatt Regency Chennai and Andaz Delhi.

In his 14 years at the helm of affairs of F&B Vikram has created , opened and operated top notch culinary concepts for Hyatt—Annamaya  and Hong Kong Club being foremost among them as is Focaccia at Chennai.
